1)This is the best item like this I've found. Most cold packs never get/stay cold enough--this one does. And the wrap is terrific, allows you to put it on whatever part of your foot is ailing. Beautifully designed and functional.
2) I purchased the ankle/elbow wrap weeks after fracturing my foot in several places. Typing an ace bandage around ice packs wasn't doing the trick, so I started searching for an alternative means for icing my foot. This product has been great. The two straps with velcro hold the wrap firmly in place and I noticed an improvement in my foot's swelling immediately. Great product!
