shin splints and soft tissue
damage to the calf muscle.
|
- Thermoskin increases
elasticity of muscles, tendons
and ligaments to reduce the risk
of injury when under stress and
strain.

1) I've been suffering from shin splints since Aug 06, and its been driving me crazy. I just started a new job in a hospital, so I'm always on the go. The pain was getting so bad that I was unable to fall asleep at night. I was taking ibuprofin a lot as well as doing my best to do exercises for my shins, and they helped a little. I figured "what the hell, I'll pay anything to make this pain go away".
They work very well, much better than I thought they would. I only wear them to work, and leave them off during the rest of the day. I havnt had to take any pain killers for the shin splints since I got these things. I hear that you can gain a dependence on these if you use them too much, but I dont know either way, so I just wear them when I know my legs will be under stress.
Bottom line: If you only have slight pain, just take it easy, take a muscle relaxant like ibuprofin, and stretch the affected area. If you're in excruciating pain like I was, GET THESE NOW! They were shipped very quickly to me, and they work like a dream :)
