I've suffered with an RSI for several years, and have tried countless braces and supports. I do enjoy these gloves especially for support while driving, which can be very painful. they have a good textured grip that lets me hold the wheel more easily than standard splints, and they are flexible enough to eliminate painful pressure points (which can cause more nerve damage) yet firm enough to maintain comfortable compression and heat retention.
