Your Thermoskin
can be used at any time except where
there is internal or external bleeding
Do not use liniments,
oils or ointments under the Thermoskin
Your
Thermoskin should be a snug and comfortable
fit. Not too tight, not too loose. If
in any doubt try the next size. Use of
the correct size is essential for effective
results.
Knee
Patella : Slip
Thermoskin Knee over the knee and position
so that the hole is over the kneecap.
Shorts : Pull
on shorts and tighten with drawstring.
Calf
/ Shin : Slip
on the Thermoskin Calf / Shin over the
calf and position so that the top section
is just below
the knee and the lower section is just
above the ankle joint.
Sports Shoulder : Position
Thermoskin with seam running down towards
the upper arm. Wrap around the bi-cep
and then loop and hook under the armpit.
Elbow : Slip
the Thermoskin over the elbow and position
so that the mid joint is just above the
elbow joint.
Universal
Wrist Wrap : Place
thumb through the hole and wrap and attach
in either direction depending upon
the injury.
Thigh
/ Hamstring : Slip
the Thermoskin over the thigh and position
so that it covers either upper or lower
thigh depending on the injury.
Ankle
Wrap : Slip on the
Thermoskin with the seam on top
of the foot. Hook and loop around
ankle joint and adjust for compression.
